I am sorry to admit that my garden has not received the t.l.c. it deserves this month as my attention has been entirely consumed by our new look website.
I do hope you will enjoy the changes and find it easy and fun playing our new e-cards and browsing through the pages of the new online shop.
A late summer break in South West France didn’t help the garden either but gentle walks along the pilgrim’s route of St. Jacques de Compostelle provided such a rich harvest of mouth-watering treats both visually and literally that I almost forgot about unplanted bulbs and watering regimes back home.
Energy levels now replenished I fully intend to catch up on lost time, plant out those bulbs and make Quince Cheese and Pear and Vanilla Butter in time for Christmas - the figs have all been eaten! |
