I have forgotten my password

You can enter your new email address or change your password in My Account. We will register your

I am a member but can't sign in

Please check that you entered your correct username (your email address) and password. If you are still
not signed in please send us an email and we will resolve the problem directly.

I can't preview your cards.

To open a card that someone has sent you, you will need to enter the e-card code number given to you in
your notification email.
Enter the e-card code number (all characters with no spaces) and then click the Show Card button.
All cards use ADOBE FLASH PLAYER. To download the latest version click here, it's free and only
takes a couple of minutes to download.

I sent a card but the recipient said it didn't arrive

When you send your card, please make sure you have the correct address. If the recipient still doesn't
receive the e-card notification email, he may have firewall software installed in his mailbox to block
unknown senders.
He will need to unblock them or access the mail through a different address.
Don't forget to reassure the recipient that Judith Glover e-cards are not sent as
attachments so they cannot harm computers.

Can I pay by cheque or money order?

Judith Glover e-cards process payments with Paypal which is a safe and fast method of transaction.
If you still want to pay by cheque the process will take longer.
Please send your cheque to Judith Glover e-cards at the address provided.
You will receive a confirmation email once it has cleared.

I need easy step-by-step instructions on how to send a card

1- Select your chosen Occasion from the list.
2- Select the Design you would like to view from the row of small coloured thumbnails.
3- Preview the ecard using the Play button. Select another thumbnail or change the Occasion to see more designs.
4- Once you have chosen your e-card click on Write Message (top right hand corner).
Don't forget, to send your card you must Subscribe to Membership and pay the Subscription fee, or
Sign in if you are already a member.
5- Write your Message in the space provided (this is how it will appear on the e-card).
You can edit it as you go.
6- Once you are happy with your message enter the name and email address of the person you are
sending the e-card to plus your details.
7- Click Send e-card. The recipient will be notified by email that you have sent an e-card.
