I can't preview your cards.

To open a card that someone has sent you, you just need to click the link given to you in
your notification email.
All cards use ADOBE FLASH PLAYER. To download the latest version click here, it's free and only
takes a couple of minutes to download.

I sent a card but the recipient said it didn't arrive

When you send your card, please make sure you have the correct email address.
If the recipient still doesn't receive the e-card notification email, he may have firewall software
installed in his mailbox to block unknown senders.
He should check his Junk Mail and add your email address to his address book.
Don't forget to reassure the recipient that Judith Glover e-cards are not sent as
attachments so they cannot harm computers.

Can I pay by cheque or money order?

Judith Glover e-cards process payments with Paypal which is a safe and fast method of transaction.
If you still want to pay by cheque the process will take longer.
Please send your cheque to Judith Glover e-cards at the address provided.
You will receive a confirmation email once it has cleared.

I need easy step-by-step instructions on how to send a card

Don't forget....
To send your card you must either Subscribe to Membership and pay the Subscription fee
or Sign in to register for 3 free e-cards.
If you are already a member use the 1-click sign in on right hand side of Welcome Page.

1- Select your chosen e-card from the list of Occasions or by clicking on Design images.
2- Preview the e-card using the Play button. You can choose to view your e-card full screen size or with mini view. Select BACK to see more designs.
3- Once you have chosen your e-card click on Write Message (top right hand side).
4- Write your Message in the space provided (this is how it will appear on the e-card).
You can edit it as you go.
5- Once you are happy with your message enter the name and email address of the person you are
sending the e-card to plus your details.
6- Click Send e-card. The recipient will be notified by email that you have sent an e-card.
